Private Chat Toggle

How It Works
To start a private chat with another player, both players must run:
Once connected, you can chat privately without using the /msg or /tell command.
If you want to send a public message while in private chat, simply type ! before your message.
(Messages starting with ! will go to public chat.)
If a player leaves the server, the private chat session will automatically stop, and you’ll need to run the commands again to reconnect.
